One of the most respected Law Firms in Kentucky, USA, is looking for a top performer to serve as Bilingual Collections Specialist, Located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.

**EXPERTISE FIELDS**:
- Collections (money and documents).
- Enjoys customer Service.
- Experience managing assigned databases to collect.
- Experience reporting progress and challenges on their collection.
- Ideal if experience creating macros and spreadsheets.
**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**:
- College Degree related to Finance, administration, or similar fields. (it can be in progress).
**PROGRAMS AND OTHERS**:




- Advanced Computer skills, Office Pack: Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Idóneo knowledge on handling cases assigned via the ticketing system.
**LANGUAGES (this is mandatory)**:
- Spanish: Native or business level.
- English: Native or business level.
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm CST (Or from 8 am to 5 pm CST according to daylight saving time begins and ends).
