As **Talent Acquisition Partner, LATAM**, you will be part of our incredible team of **Talent Acquisition.**
**Location**: Home Office in Guadalajara/Mexico
**As part of the Talent Acquisition team, your role will be**:
**Business Partnering** - Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent. Communicate effectively, provide great customer service, and stay updated on market trends to advise accordingly.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment - ideally in-house environment;
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social networks/ tools for sourcing and talent pooling;




- Good English Speaker - for this role is important to deliver key messages in calls and in executive meetings.
- This person will work remotely; however, they may be requested to be present in the office for in-person meetings.
