**Job Title: Part Time Chief of Staff**:

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee diverse aspects of our business from artisan coordination to customer interaction while contributing to meaningful change in Native American communities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:
- Oversee production timelines by coordinating with artisans to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage artisan contracting, payments, and operational logistics.
- Ensure alignment between production schedules and customer expectations.
**Customer Experience**:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, sizing, and shipping with exceptional care and attention.
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining high-quality communication and resolving issues effectively.
**Strategic Support**:
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing insights and support in business decision-making.
- Assist in the development and execution of growth strategies, including identifying process improvements.
**Marketing and Communication**:
- Support marketing initiatives by maintaining communication channels with artisans and customers.
- Collaborate with the team on campaigns, updates, and community engagement efforts.
**Administrative Oversight**:
- Utilize tools like Airtable and Notion to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain organized records.




- Oversee payment systems and ensure seamless integration with Shopify for ecommerce operations.
**Who You Are**:
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience managing business operations, preferably in ecommerce, jewelry, or a related industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with **Airtable, Notion, Shopify**, and payment systems.
- Cultural sensitivity and a deep appreciation for Native American traditions and artistry.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
