**Job Description**:
**Accountabilities**:
- Use of CRM for rates creation and follow up along with CG members.
- Maintain performance targets (KPI’s) to ensure high quality customer service and targeted business generation by customer, segment, trade, etc.
- Monitor market trends, competition and evaluate opportunities for new products and activities
- Communicate with Trade and share data that supports the profitability of the service
Job Requirements:
**Education**:College Degree in Business, Logistics or International Commerce
**Knowledge**:Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Automotive industry
**Experience**: 3-5 years on similar position
**Required language**:Englisht/Spanish
**Availability to travel**: Yes, domestic trips. Less tan 10% of time.
