**English Level**: B2 or higher required
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Customer Service Representative** to join our team! This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers efficiently and professionally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Address customer concerns, process orders, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
**Requirements**:
- Intermediate to advanced English skills (B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
