About the Role:
We are reopening this opportunity for a Senior PolicyCenter Business Analyst with SBT
experience. This role is crucial to the Inception Phase of a major AMER Project The adecuado
and technical teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define
requirements and solutions for Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and document functional
specifications.
- Work closely with project teams to support PolicyCenter implementation and
configuration.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define business processes and align
them with system capabilities.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of SBT-related
enhancements.
- Provide guidance and expertise on PolicyCenter Version 10+ and ensure best
practices are followed.




- Travel to the customer site one week per month to work directly with stakeholders and
teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire PolicyCenter projects.
- Strong experience with SBT (Solution-Based Testing).
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification (Minimum Version 10 at Specialist Level).
- Excellent understanding of PolicyCenter functionalities, workflows, and integration
points.
- Proven ability to analyze, document, and implement business process improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Guidewire products (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Familiarity with insurance domain best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience working in AMER-based projects.
