**JOB DUTIES**:
- Manage and produce digital design assets including sizing, and versioning of your work
- Maintain, update and publish content on the company's websites using our CMS tool
- Ensure timely and accurate production, posting and linking of content
- Perform image editing such as shadowing, cropping, resizing and optimizing for web
- Follow brand guidelines and work within templates where applicableDesign and produce trade show materials including signage, banners and attendee giveaways
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Minimum 3+ years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse Web team
- Portfolio of your design work which should demonstrate fully executed digital design work
- Proficient at using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of digital and print design/production principles




- Prior experience with advanced usage of the **English**language inclusive of written and verbal communication.
**WE VALUE**:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, FTP and development principles are helpful
- Experience designing digital marketing promotions or advertising
- Working knowledge of Excel and Workfront a plus
- An eye for selecting engaging, appropriate images to accompany text
- Team player that collaborates well with other designers
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability with a professional demeanorExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Attention to detail and accuracy
