**Summary**:
We are seeking an analytical, bilingual leader with a strong interest in professional development within the immigration field. This position supervises a legal and administrative team in a high-volume law firm, ensuring operational efficiency, continuous process improvement, and goal achievement through the use of key performance indicators and digital tools.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise a team of 10 to 12 staff members in immigration-related legal areas.
- Monitor the flow of immigration cases and ensure accurate case management.
- Design, implement, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare executive reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
- Anticipate operational demands through forecasting models and resource planning.
- Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Ensure proper documentation, standardized processes, and compliance with internal protocols.
- Collaborate with other key departments such as legal, customer service, and operations.
- Analyze operational data and propose solutions using tools such as Excel.
**Requirements**:
- Experience supervising business units or teams, ideally in customer service environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Engineering, Business Administration,



Political Science, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong command of Excel, MS Office, and digital tools.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, results-driven approach, and effective communication skills.
- Prior experience in immigration is not required; it will be considered a plus.
