CAD - Mechanical Tool Manufacture

**Objective of the position**
- Design and manage projects that satisfy the company´s objectives, guaranteeing the improvement of functionality and constant innovation.
- Provide input and direction in the sourcing, design, construction, ECR´s, and launch of new tools, fixtures for future programs and current on serial production.
- Assist Tool-Room / Tool Shop staff in solving problems arising from production processes, tool tryouts, ECR´s and launching of new programs.
**Principal activities**
- Provide details for parts, taking into account functional and installation issues
- Support to estimate, schedule and execute all engineering changes of tooling, cost savings, etc.
- Support to Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality,



Finance departments to ensure timely try-out and phase in periods to meet production schedule requirements or customers delivery dates.
- Carry out the CAD/CAM design of the different projects that the company acquires
- Design drawing for machining, procure necessary design documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Professional career: Bachelor's Degree
- Education: Electronics, Mechatronics, Productivity or Related. Language: English (3 Advanced Level)
- Relevant experience: CAM/CAM, SolidEdge, Tebis, AutoCAD, MasterCAM, Top Solid y CATIA, CNC, EDM, Machines and Tools, Drawing and mechanical systems
- Design Injection Molds, Die Making and Fixture
- Industry: Automotive Industry
- Technical knowledge: IATF 16949, ISO14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018, Product integrity, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Risk analysis, Risk Analysis, Knowledge in Molds, Design, Hot runners, Machining, Conventional / CNC, Welding, Study and design for engineering changes in injection molds, Strong Knowledge on use of CNC, Drawings interpretation, CNC Programing language, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools.-
