Reporting to the Functional Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for managing projects and deployments identified through Corporate initiatives or improvement ideas from initial baselining to handover of the process to the CX community. _
- _Use Project Management methodologies to track and control deployment plans. _
- _Work with key stakeholders to ensure engagement, agreement, support, and adherence to deployments both inside and outside the Global Cx Community. _
- _Create, standardize, centralize, and maintain Integral CX Process Maps, Standard Operating Procedures, and Value Stream Maps related to Technical Support, Customer Service, and Learning & Enablement _
- Knowledge: _
- _Basic knowledge in Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, Planner and other Microsoft tools (preferred) _
- _English high proficiency _
- _Technical and/or data analytics background _
