**Objective**:
Coordinate the operation of the department and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, decision-making, conflict management, and metric follow-up.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow-up on departmental metrics.
- Coordination with the NAPS legal area for labor matters, agreements, lawsuits, etc.
- Follow-up on training for new hires in the department.
- Responsible for the hiring process of indirect personnel (requisitions, proposals, offers, DC3, and system registration).
- Responsible for updating Job Descriptions.
- Contract terminations due to RIT violations or end of the period.
- Coordination of activities for the annual motivational events program.
- Implementation and follow-up of the annual training, skills development, and productivity plan.
- Participation and preparation for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others.
- Ensure services for personnel such as transportation and cafeteria.
- Maintain communication and follow-up with the company's Labor Union.
- Review and follow-up on Service Contracts with various providers serving the HR department.
- Participation in and follow-up on projects, career plans, social welfare, and continuous HR improvement.
**Essential requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- **Fluency in English to hold conversations with collaborators.**:
- Experience with TRESS System.
- A professional degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
**Preferred requirements**:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Advanced Excel skills.
