**Description and Requirements**:
Responsible for Warehousing FG operation
- Coordinate area supervisors
- Responsible for operational costs
- Guarantee Warehousing Service Levels
Experience Required - at least 3 years in Logistics Operations (warehousing, freight forwarding, customs clearance, etc)
- Abilities & Soft Skills:
- Able to deliver clear, concise verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization & follow through on commitments with mínimal supervision.
- Take full ownership of tasks, decisions, and results & navigate and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Adjust priorities and strategies in response to changing business conditions.
- Problem-Solving Diplomacy & Emotional Intelligence
- People management at direct & indirect levels
- Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Inventory Modules.
- Experience in financial projections using historical data.
- Strong understanding of warehousing operations; 3PL experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
