**REQUIREMENTS**
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Experience in Project Management, Planning, Business Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate Project activities with business + development team
- Delivered large scale complex projects with diverse teams
- Budget & Finance management for projects
- Good in communication, presentations and worked with stakeholders for business requirements facilitation
- Fluent Communication in English
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Drive planning, scheduling, and execution for multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep the project on track.




- Ensure successful delivery of large-scale and complex IT initiatives with diverse, general teams.
- Promote best practices in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid depending on organizational needs).
- Lead project reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
