- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _**_Operations Training _**_located in _**_Aguascalientes_**_ _
- Reporting to the Training Manager, improve and implement training processes following industry standards and innovative methods to facilitate the achievement of training metrics at the plant level._
**_ What a typical day looks like:_**
- _ Weekly monitoring of approximately 40 training metrics._
- _ Timely and direct follow-up with organizations on training metrics to ensure timely and proper compliance_




- _ Support to the Operations Training Specialist in identifying specific training for each area and managing this training._
- Daily monitoring of the Quality Management System training follow-up through the CQ (Compliance Quest) platform to ensure compliance.
**_ The experience we’re looking to add to our team:_**
- _ Highschool diploma_
- _ Experience in train people or communicate information to groups_
- _ Office skills: data entry, office software to include, word, excel and power point and database systems_
