**Client Relations Specialist**
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist with experience in manufacturing environments. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the production process.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main front-office contact for clients, providing support in English.
- Manage and track customer orders throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments involved in production.
- Monitor attendance and operational data using the ERP platform.
- Utilize CRM systems (such as Salesforce or similar) to manage customer interactions, sales, and service activity.
- Support customer service and sales functions within a manufacturing environment.
**Qualifications**




- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (required), with understanding of production processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (required; interaction with English-only staff).
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), preferably in customer service or sales within manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate across different functional areas.
**Training & Travel Requirements**
- Must be able to travel to the United States for initial training (approximately 1 week).
- Participation in trade shows, including an annual event lasting about one week.
Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per day
