Inspired by classic Mexican flavors, we currently available in every Total Wine across Texas and multiple additional states, as well as many of the largest liquor store chains in Texas. As we prepare to launch a new consumer product, we're investing heavily in digital growth and looking for someone who wants to help build our marketing machine from the ground up.
**This isn't a role where you'll simply execute someone else's playbook.**
You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO to create the strategy, test ideas, launch campaigns, and build systems that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.

- **What You'll Be Responsible For**:_
- Build and execute our digital marketing roadmap from the ground up
- Identify growth opportunities and turn them into actionable campaigns
- Analyze results and continuously optimize performance
- Design and manage influencer seeding programs
- Create compelling influencer kits, gifting packages, and promotional materials
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Develop systems for measuring influencer ROI and performance
- Build and manage an affiliate network from scratch
- Recruit affiliates and brand advocates
- Create promotional assets and incentive programs
- Track and optimize affiliate performance
- Develop strategies that convert attention into customers
- Manage paid social campaigns and audience targeting




- Improve landing pages and social profiles for conversion
- Support conversion optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing partners
- Help develop culturally relevant campaigns and brand experiences
- Coordinate production of POS materials, promotional merchandise, influencer kits, and marketing assets
- Source products and vendors through Alibaba and other supplier networks when necessary
- Study top-performing beverage, consumer, and DTC brands
- Analyze successful marketing campaigns and identify transferable strategies
- Stay current on emerging trends, platforms, AI tools, and consumer behavior
- Present recommendations backed by research and data

- **Who We're Looking For: Required Qualifications**:_

-Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or DTC brands




-Strong understanding of customer acquisition and full-funnel marketing
-Experience running or managing paid social campaigns
-Ability to independently manage projects and drive results
-Excellent research and analytical skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership teams
**Bonus Points If You Have**:
- Experience marketing beverage, alcohol, food, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands_
- Experience building influencer programs from scratch_
- Experience launching affiliate marketing programs_
- Graphic design skills_
- Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms_
- Experience sourcing products or managing overseas vendors_
- Experience working with fast-growing startups_
