About the Role

Are you ready to take your accounting expertise to the next level? Join us as a Senior Accountant and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic decisions for our U.S. headquarters.

What You’ll Do

- Reconcile account balances to ensure a smooth and timely monthly close process.
- Manage income, expenses, and commission tracking for Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and other teams.
- Analyze monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet variances , delivering actionable insights and reports to senior U.S. management.
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies, meeting all reporting deadlines.
- ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and support business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience , ideally in a multinational setting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills , with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Mitikah, Mexico City.
