**What you will do**:
- Support customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback
- Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests
- Understand customers' needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team
- Be a part of fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- **Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher) and excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)**:




- **At least 6-12 months of support experience**:
- Comfortable working with high ticket volumes
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
**Will be a great plus**:
- Experience in e-commerce or product-based customer support
