Responsibilities
1. Works with Sales team, to provide a high quality of technical and clinical support to customers, interacts with customers concerning product support and development.
2. Plans and executes local educational programs.
3. Provides practical training of products to other employees and clients, assists in the introduction and implementation of the products and provides reports.
4. Has an understanding of health reimbursement systems needed to place Össur’s products and in turn help customers apply it to their patients.

Supports and participates in providing Customer Service Team with technical and clinical issues and training. Monitors competitive activities, advises marketing with “Instructions for use” on a technical level.
6. Ensures quality assurance and processes concerning the new products, are implemented to help the link between customer service, sales team and clients run smoothly.
7. Provides customer feedback to Sales Team, Technical Services and Prosthetic Division.
8. Contributes to integral Technical Services activities and participates in new product field evaluations.
Education and Experience
- Vocational or Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field of education.
- Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist (CPO)
- Minimal 5 years of relevant experience for vocational degree and minimal 2 years of experience for Bachelors’ degree.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Position based in Mexico City (CDMX).
Requires up to 75% travel.
