About the Role

Responsibilities

- Execute payrolls and off-cycle payments.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies and questions regarding payroll deductions as well as time and attendance.
- Work closely with HR Operations team members to ensure master data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Accounting team on items related to payroll accounting reconciliations.
- Support data requests to facilitate the analysis of cost.
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Calculate payroll (weekly/biweekly), variable compensation, final settlements, severance payments, year-end bonuses (Christmas bonus), and profit-sharing payments (PTU).
- Manage operational payroll incidents, such as absences, tardiness, overtime, leave permits, and disability/sick leave.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal.
- Design, develop,



and execute the company's Annual Training & Development Plan.
- Partner with managers and department leaders to identify training needs and develop learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create training courses, learning materials, presentations, manuals, and other instructional content for both technical and soft skills development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Payroll, Human Resource.
- Considerable experience with ADP GlobalView preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
