We provide limitless creative and strategy services, including graphic design, copywriting, SEO, video, and beyond, for brands that want to expand their presence across digital platforms. Able to communicate in English clearly and efficiently (Minimum Level: Professional) Experienced in marketing and project management The Marketing Coordinator role combines project coordination and client relationship management. Marketing Coordinators support smooth project execution by managing internal communication and task coordination, and ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. 1: Client Collaboration & Project Oversight Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and expectations.



Translate these goals into clear tasks for the team to ensure smooth project execution. Work closely with designers, brand & copy strategists, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings. Ensure all project management tools (Asana, Trello,) and ClickUp boards are updated. 4: Resource Planning & Problem Solving Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each progresses smoothly without delays or miscommunication. Proactively anticipate problems and find creative solutions to keep projects on track. Help shape the big-picture marketing strategy with the Senior Account Manager. The minimum level of written & spoken English required for this role is professional .
