What you’ll do

You will manage hiring processes end-to-end while collaborating with U.S. companies.

- Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing → screening → interview → offer
- Headhunt using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Conduct interviews in English to evaluate candidate quality
- Present candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate notes in our ATS and tracking tools
- Communicate updates internally and with clients
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience

What is required (non-negotiable)

- You MUST have worked in a recruitment agency




- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Advanced English (spoken & written)
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at once
- Highly organized with strong follow-up
- Comfortable in a fast, metrics-driven environment

Big plus if you have

- Experience recruiting for U.S. companies
- Experience in operations, real estate, property management, or corporate roles
- Background in remote or nearshore staffing
