Marketing Manager – Innovative Portfolio

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth of an innovative pharmaceutical portfolio. This role is adecuado for professionals who enjoy combining strategic thinking with commercial execution while working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for innovative pharmaceutical products.
- Advanced English proficiency (this will be assessed during the recruitment process).

Key Responsibilities





- Monitor market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and strengthen brand performance.
- Build and execute annual brand plans aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives.
- Lead strategic activities related to product launches, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption.
- Manage marketing investments and budgets, optimizing resource allocation and business impact.
- Drive the overall marketing strategy for an innovative specialty portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and strong market positioning.
