? Hiring: GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

We're a real estate lead gen agency building serious systems — not side projects. We need one person who actually knows GHL inside and out to own our automations.

What you'll do:
• Build and optimize pipelines, workflows, and triggers in GoHighLevel
• Set up SMS, email, voicemail drops, and calendar booking flows that convert
• Handle routing, tagging, and segmentation
• A/B test follow-up sequences and use the data to fix what's broken
• Work directly with our media buyers to keep ad funnels and CRM sequences aligned

Requirements:
• Strong, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (non-negotiable)
• Proven SMS and email automations at real volume — not demos or test accounts
• Speed-to-lead mindset and the instinct to fix things before being asked

You'll stand out if you have:




• Experience in real estate or mortgage lending
• Zapier, webhooks, or custom integrations under your belt
• A track record of building systems that run themselves
