General Description of the Role:
The Jr Brand Manager supports the execution of channel and marketing initiatives for the premium spirits and RTD portfolio,



acting as a key link between internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless implementation of brand plans, projects, and initiatives across channels, while driving operational excellence, monitoring performance, managing investments, and identifying opportunities to accelerate business growth through effective commercial activation.
Mission / Objectives
Support the growth of Espolón, Montelobos, SKYY RTD and Osborne through best-in-class channel execution.
Ensure flawless implementation of channel programs, activations and brand initiatives across On Trade and Off Trade.
Maximize effectiveness of A&P; investments through rigorous tracking and performance analysis.
Act as a coordination hub between internal stakeholders, agencies and external brand owners to accelerate speed-to-market and execution quality.
