What will you do?
Responsible for the administration and coordination of all internal communication programs and employee recognition. Support of talent acquisition process (DL & IDL), retention, and talent management initiatives. Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment. Responsible for communication campaigns

How will you do it?




- Supervise the implementation of government, company and internal policies and regulations.
- Responsible for implementing the internal policies of the Human Resources Department.
- Support the recruitment and selection of personnel process for Direct and Indirect Labor.
- Responsible for the implementation of the wages and salaries policies.
- Participate in the different committees: labor, union, cafeteria, training and development.
- Supports on social and cultural activities organized by the Human Resources Department.
- Coordinates new employee orientation program. Act as a trainer on specific topics.
- Direct Contact on concerns from employees and support.
- Coordinate activities with cafeteria supplier, transportation & Facilities (regarding employee’s needs / events.)
