**About the Role**:- Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations- Prepares and books monthly journal entries- Provides financial/analytical support to various departments- Participates in ERP roll-out of new countries- Identifies opportunities for process improvements- Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation- Assist in various areas of financial reporting, month, quarter and year-end close, and/or other daily/monthly accounting processes- Performs additional duties as assigned**About You**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance- +5 years of experience with solid knowledge in Accounting and Mexican VAT legislation, other LATAM regions legislations would be a plus.
- Experience in IFRS and other areas of accounting (AR/AP/Cash management/Fixed Assets/Inventory)- Experience with a month end close process, reconciliations, and recording into an ERP- System experience with ERP required, ORACLE Fusion as a plus- Accounting certification, e.g. CPA, ACCA or similar is a plus.
- Largely self-directed,
