Specific Responsibilities and FunctionsOperate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment according to established procedures.Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment following batch instructions.Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including the use of PPE.Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.RequirementsHigh school diploma or technical degree in a related field.1+ years of experience in production or manufacturing (chemical industry preferred).
Ability to operate industrial equipment and follow safety protocols.Basic math and measurement skills.Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing).
