- **Jumpstart Your Application**:_**About the Role****What You'll Do**- Enter approved bills into AppFolio for payment- Upload work orders to PandaDoc for approval- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding outstanding balances- Assist with recurring billings and owner charges- Maintain checklists for owners terminating management contracts- Support internal audits and various accounting projects as needed**What We're Looking For**- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred- 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience- Ability to handle high volumes of bills and multitask effectively- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe- Comfortable adapting to new software systems and evolving processes- Excellent communication and follow-up skills- AppFolio experience required**Perks & Benefits**- $10 USD/hour- 15 days of paid time off (PTO)- 100% remote work — work from anywhere- Supportive, team-based work culture- Opportunities for growth within the companyReady to join a team that values your work and supports your career growth?
