We are hiring **Document Processing Coordinators** to join our medical support team in **Monterrey, Reciente León**.
**About the Role**This is a **hybrid** role focused on reviewing and processing medical documents.It is **independent, detail-oriented work** with **no phone calls,** just you, your computer, and clear procedures to follow.
**Location Requirement**You **must live in the Monterrey metropolitan area**(Monterrey / San Pedro / Santa Catarina or surrounding nearby municipalities)**What You Will Do**- Review and classify medical documents received digitally- Upload and route documents to the correct department- Follow clear procedures and quality standards- Work independently and stay focused throughout the day**Schedule**- Monday to Friday- 8 AM - 5 PM EST- team may follow EST, CST,



or PST depending on assignment**We're Looking For**- **Bilingual** (Spanish + English)- **High school diploma**:- No experience required, but admin, data entry, or back office experience is a plus- Ability to focus on repetitive task- Comfortable working independently**Type of Work**- **Hybrid**: You may work remotely after training **as long as performance targets are met.
