We are looking for **Eligibility Verification Specialists** to support patient insurance verification and customer communication.
**About the Role**You will be verifying insurance coverage for appointments, updating system records, and communicating with parents and insurance companies by phone when needed.
**Location Requirement**You must live in the Monterrey metropolitan area(Monterrey / San Pedro / Santa Catarina or surrounding nearby municipalities)**What You Will Do**:- Verify insurance coverage for upcoming pediatric appointments- Update eligibility information in the system- Contact parents and insurance companies to clarify coverage- Document all interactions accurately**Schedule**- Monday to Friday- 8 AM - 5 PM EST**We're Looking For**- **Bilingual** (Spanish + English)- **High school diploma**:- **1-2 years of call center or phone support experience (required)**:- Comfortable making and receiving calls- Strong communication & documentation skills**Work Arrangement**- **Hybrid** (office presence depends on performance)- First day always onsite for onboarding (7:30 AM)If you are good with communication, organized, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is a great fit.Pay: $15,****** - $18,****** per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Language**:- English (required)License/Certification:- Experience in Customer Support (required)**Location**:- Monterrey, N.
