**Reconciliation & Accounting**:Coordinate the reconciliation of payroll accounts (e.g., bank accounts,



tax accounts, benefit accounts, intercompany/dept cost accounts).
Prepare payroll general ledger (GL) reports, payroll payable requests, and journal entries.
- **Reporting & Communication**:Collaborate with work partners in the resolution of pending reconciling items.Prepare summary and accounts reconciliation reports**Education**:High school diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
**Experience**:Previous experience in payroll processing, accounting, or reconciliation.
**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in payroll software, accounting general ledger system (SAP S/4 Hana), human resources information systems (HCM/Payroll Oracle cloud), and Excel.
**Core Competencies**:Strong attention to detail, mathematical proficiency, and knowledge of accounting principles- **Communication**: clear communication to explain payroll transactions or accounting issues to other skill teams (people not familiar with accounting principles)- **English language**: excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)- **Analytical**:good analytical skills with strong attention to details- **Time management**:ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment- **Confidentiality**:ability to handle sensitive financial and personal employee information
