and YouTube Shorts- Help develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns- Support brand visibility and engagement across multiple platformsAdministrative & Operations Support- Manage files, systems, and workflows efficiently- Work within platforms such as AppFolio, Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut, and CRM tools- Support leadership with operational and administrative tasks**Qualifications**:- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)- Strong communication and customer service skills- Confident making outbound calls and follow-ups- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable- Experience with social media and video editing tools- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Property management or real estate experience preferred- Familiarity with Canva, CRMs, and productivity tools is a plusSchedule- Full-Time- Monday-Friday- Must be available during EST business hoursCompensation- Competitive pay structure- Bonus and commission opportunities based on performanceWant to build your career with an international team?
