The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the branch, ensuring sales targets are met, maintaining high service standards, and leading a highperforming team. Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence Oversee daily store operations, monitor inventory levels, control waste merma, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
Team Leadership Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and foster a positive team environment.
Sales Strategy Analyze sales data and KPIs to develop and execute action plans to increase revenue and store performance.
Compliance Ensure the store strictly follows local health and safety regulations COFEPRIS and labor standards.
Customer Experience Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
