What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting-Finance

2 years of experience in General Accounting, and Account Reconciliations

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) (PLUS)

Location: Mexico City – Polanco

About the job:

Perform high-volume transactional processes within the EMEAI Regional Services Center

Daily monitoring of outstanding items in reconciliation systems

Create journal vouchers and resolve issues related to deposits, checks, and memos

Prepare and upload accurate bank and account reconciliations into OneStream

Support month-end close activities and liaise with GL Accountants and Finance Managers

Conduct financial analysis and resolve issues in balance sheet clearing accounts

Participate in and lead process improvement initiatives

Serve as a point of escalation and support for Analysts and Jr. Analysts

Maintain strong customer service with internal and external stakeholders
