What will your functions be? Atención técnica al cliente interno (telefónica, email, Teams)
Seguimiento, canalización y resolución de incidencias en el portal de soporte (Jira)
Identificar las necesidades del cliente y proponer mejoras en las herramientas corporativas y en los procedimientos establecidos
Preparar documentación técnica sobre procedimientos IT y elaborar recursos formativos
Impartir acciones formativas a clientes internos en función de las necesidades existentes
What are we looking for? Poseer formación profesional técnica IT
Contar con al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en atención al cliente (servicios de soporte, call centers, etc.)
Nivel alto de inglés y/o francés (se dará soporte a usuarios a nivel internacional)
Conocimientos en sistemas de ticketing como Jira o Servicedesk
Capacidad de orientación al cliente, trabajo en resolución de incidencias
Inquietud por nuevas tecnologías
Ser una persona con capacidad resolutiva, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades comunicativas
