Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Risk Engineering, Material Quality Engineering, Product Creation, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and Nike’s global Apparel and Accessories Manufacturing supplier base. You will report to the Director, Manufacturing & System Engineering and collaborate with regional and integral stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For
An ideal candidate for Senior Manager – Manufacturing System Engineering is a strategic thinker with exceptional skills in Garment Manufacturing & Product Quality Management. They are detail oriented,



proactive and thrive in fast paced environments. This person will have a strong understanding of Nike’s Apparel and Accessories’ Manufacturing’s strategic direction and excel at managing multiple stakeholders while advocating on behalf of Nike and our team’s interest
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, with a strong background in Quality, Industrial Engineering and Garment Engineering.
- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in relevant disciplines are preferred.
- Expertise in quality & process engineering and the ability to analyze and improve complex manufacturing processes. A strategic mindset with the ability to envision and implement process improvements that drive operational excellence.
