Role Purpose

The LATAM Marketing Coordinator will serve as the central coordination point between the LATAM region and the Integral Marketing team. This role is responsible for supporting, executing, and tracking marketing activities across all LATAM markets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, localised appropriately, and aligned with regional business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support all marketing activities across LATAM markets.
- Act as the main liaison between the LATAM region (BDMs and Management) and the Global Marketing team.
- Manage the coordination and follow-up of marketing campaigns, promotions, and regional initiatives.
- Coordinate translations and localisation of marketing materials into Spanish and Portuguese where required.




- Support the Events Manager in coordinating expos, seminars, webinars, and partner events.
- Work closely with BDMs to ensure marketing activities align with regional business objectives.
- Coordinate content creation, social media activities, email marketing campaigns, and website updates for LATAM markets.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and brand guidelines via the Compliance team.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, translators, and media partners when required.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination, marketing executive, or similar role.
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
