In addition to the essential functions, the Finance Analyst will:
+ Collaborate in departmental cross-training initiatives.
+ Prepare the daily checkbook report to monitor plant manufacturing expenses.
+ Provide analysis on Labor Utilization, expenses, cost improvement plans, and other financial topics.
+ Ensure timely compliance with finance department requirements, maintaining ASAT files and related records.
+ Prepare financial reports, records, and statistical analyses as requested, reviewed by the Controller.
+ Actively participate in plant cost savings initiatives, system upgrades, and support for SPA projects.
+ Collaborate with other departments to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.
+ Ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures.
+ Perform physical inventory reconciliations against ledgers.
+ Analyze and determine causes of physical FA inventory variances and monitor idle assets.
+ Organize and conduct the annual HDM & Rings physical fixed assets inventory.
+ Monitor and support all assigned finance-related activities.
+ Ensure compliance with capital expenditures and CRFA requirements.
+ Prepare, package,



and file financial presentations for management and corporation as requested

Basic requirements:
+ Education: This position requires an accounting degree, preferably or equivalent experience.
+ Experience: This position requires a minimum of 1 years in financial/accounting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong knowledge of accounting systems; experience with Oracle and MRP preferred.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence and develop financial procedures for HDM.
+ Proven ability to prepare and maintain management reports, perform analysis, and recommend solutions for cost savings.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create financial presentations and interpret bilingual managerial instructions.
+ Commitment to continuous improvement and effective teamwork.
+ Positive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills to perform job responsibilities effectively.
