Fetchly is a dynamic web and mobile app development company serving startups, enterprises, and small businesses. We are seeking a remote Ecommerce Growth Strategist to drive customer engagement and revenue growth through targeted marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and lifetime value.

- Analyze customer data to create effective segmentation and personalization strategies.

- Design and implement retargeting campaigns to recover abandoned carts and boost conversions.

- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.





- Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends and best practices to innovate growth strategies.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation.

- Strong knowledge of personalization and retargeting techniques.

- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.

- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Must be based in Mexico City and able to work remotely during standard North American business hours.

- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams.
