We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accountant with at least 4 years of professional accounting experience to join our client's finance team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and advanced English communication skills to collaborate with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS or GAAP.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure the accuracy of accounting records.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.




- Assist with statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses for senior leadership.
- Monitor internal controls and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support ERP system maintenance and financial process optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial accounting or corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP .
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle , Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
