Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote (Mexico)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering Salesforce-based solutions. The adecuado candidate should have strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end project delivery. Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.

Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Configure and support Salesforce features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (preferred).

Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release planning.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

Create business process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, workflow diagrams, and training materials.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.

Support data migration, integrations,



and system enhancements.

Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years working on Salesforce projects.

Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Experience writing user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security model.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar documentation tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred

Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.

Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus.
