POSITION OBJECTIVE

Ensure the right execution of the business unit strategy through management of resources: people, equipment, tools and budget. Be the key stakeholder with other areas in order to achieve the production goals, ensure the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction . Also is in charge for improving the availability and performance of the machines.

ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:

To define a vision and strategy sustainability plan.

To manage and follow-up continues improvement To manage and follow-up internal and external strategic KPI of the company

Leadership and promote introduction of the new technology and better efficiency in the process

Define and manage Financial Budget exercise and manage efficiently resources under his responsibility to meet our financial commitment

Manage and follow-up BRPMS strategy and action plans

Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by his director.

Promote BRP values and behaviors with his team under responsibility in order to achieve internal policy.

Manage and follow-up office vibe programs in order to make sure they create a good performance in his team.

Bring total support to his team to make sure to achieve all goals on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor: industrial, Mechanical or related engineering degree.





Experience at least 3 years experience in a previous related position
