Position Summary
12 Month Contract
**This role will lead the financial planning and reporting agenda of the market, bringing key information to different stakeholders of the organization, providing meaningful insights to the leadership team, and contributing to the commercial plans and projects.**
**The Commercial Finance Manager will ensure that accurate and timely information is available as required to support business decisions. This role provides unique insights to business needs and possible solutions to problems through the analysis of the company’s financial reports.**
To support the marketing and commercial roles, with the necessary analysis and high-quality information to ensure the best decisions are taken for the business.
This position will be the business partner for the
**commercial teams contributing with valuable information based on previous analysis of the investment (measurement and evaluation process) and market information.**
This role will monitor the brand performance and will be able to explain the results of the brands. This position will seize the business opportunities identified with the commercial team.
**Job Description**:
- **Provides high quality market information to clearly understand performance and opportunities and drive business decisions and/or long-term strategic initiatives.**:
- **Lead the preparation of the 3-year plan, Budget and Latest Estimates by collecting, validating, and analyzing local data that will derive in the market financial plans; challenging the Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure a robust and stretching plan.**:
- **Deliver the monthly/annual ma**nage**ment accounts for the market, ensuring integrity and understanding behind the numbers to allow business decisions to be made based on complete and accurate information. Highlight and explain any variances t**o the local, regional, and central teams.**:
- **Monitoring of monthly results being able to expla**in P&L; deviations against Budget, Latest Estimates and Previous Years.**:
- **Total ownership of Net Turnover reporting daily & monthly, being able to explain deviations by SKU, brand, family, channels, total company against Budget,
Latest Estimates and Previous Years.**:
- **Monitoring of Price support development aligned against Budget, Latest estimates explaining deviations.**:
- **Creates and Seizes Business Opportunities: Making key content and operational contributions to formulation, preparation of negotiations with key clients or for key initiatives of the brands**
Competencies
Skills and Experience
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or Finance
- Advanced English
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a finance role with heavy use of financial systems and leading Financial Planning and Analysis agenda in the organization.
- Experience using large ERP systems SAP preferred.
- Experience in the Spirits industry preferred.
- Ability to analyse and identify key trends in financial information.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and organizational skills; attention to detail; and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to proactively work with multiple departments of the company and drive results and accomplish goals.
