**What are we looking for?**:
**Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Administration or equivalent experience required, a minimum of three years of progressive experience in Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Training, IMSS, Labor work; including three or more years of direct project management experience, professional recognition and industry networking are desired, a high-level of proficiency in speaking to large audiences, able to lead and direct diverse teams, able to travel up to 20% of the time, 100% of English Written and spoken, and a strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.**:
