- Our Team:
- The purpose of the Procure to Pay Specialist (Country / MCO retained) is perform the retained Procure to Pay activities for Sanofi Business Operation and support the strategic design of global Purchase to Pay organization & establishment of Business Process Outsourcing relationship for International region. He/ She will be accountable for the retained activities related to end-to-end Procure to Pay chain, including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, VMD and T&E; jointly working with BPO teams to ensure the business continuity & continues improvement of Procure to Pay operations._
- He/she will support to drive process standardization and implementation of transformation projects for the Procure to Pay end-to-end processes, while ensuring the daily business continuity through the operation managed by BPO provider._
- Strong collaboration and teamwork with the Procurement, Finance/Treasury teams of the country and the BPO provider is a key success factor of this position._
- The Procure to Pay Specialist is a member of the General Business Operations Procure to Pay team._
- Main responsibilities:
- Accountable for the efficient, high quality and compliant delivery of the retained activities for Purchasing operations, Vendor Master Data Management, Accounts Payable & Payments, and Travel & Expenses as per “Procure to Pay Specialist”.
- Create a culture of cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork across Procure to Pay retained and Business Process Outsourcing teams ensuring a smooth interface & communication to:




- The relevant stakeholders inside, outside of SBO and BPO service provider.
- SBO Centre of Expertise and end-to-end processes (Account To Report / Customer Invoice To Cash / HR Services) within SBS
- Cultivate operational partnerships with internal stakeholders to support integration and implementation of efficient process and policies.
- Monitor deviations and operational errors and ensure action plans creation, jointly with Business Process Outsourcing team, for the KPI results below the target, to follow-up the execution of ongoing action plans.
- Provide operational training for Procure to Pay related topics when applicable.
- Ensure Compliance and Internal Control standards are met. Perform necessary controls and act as a role model, in line with all ethical & compliance rules of the Group.
- About you
- Experience: _Relevant experience in a specialist or senior analyst role in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Finance or other support functions. Experience of in an international background with exposure to multicultural environment and working within a Shared Services / BPO model is a plus._
- Soft skills:
- _ Strong problem solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues in a manner that is customer oriented._




- _ Ability to think strategically and results oriented._
- Technical skills:
- _ Deep understanding of relevant Procurement, Finance/ Accounting processes (procurement techniques, account payable processes, Travel & Expenses processes, Master data management)_
- _ Solid knowledge in SAP_
- _ Coupa eBuy and Concur systems (deseable), PowerBI, is a plus_
- Education: _Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field_
- Languages: _English _Intermediate-Advanced_ Proficiency_
