- **What you will do**
- Manage the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage
- Conduct advisory intake sessions using market intelligence and defined sourcing strategy in collaboration with the sourcing team.
- Develop and update job adverts and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media channels
- Secure all pre boarding activities are in place for new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
