**YOUR ROLE**

- Manage the construction of the plant from the foundation phase.
- Manage a team of 5 direct reports including site supervisors and project managers.
- Manage staff,



coordinate and supervise engineering projects.
- Communicate continuously in English with teams in the US.
- Deliver effective presentations to various stakeholders.
- Use time and budget planning tools for projects between €5 and €10 million.
- Ensure compliance with ISO regulations and oversee business transformation processes.
**YOUR SKILLS**
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline; mechanical or electrical engineer an advantage.
- Previous experience in plant engineering from the start up phase.
- Experience in consumer goods, electronics or similar industry.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Leadership, people management and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of project management and budgeting tools
