VISOR Head Hunter is currently partnering with a leading global logistics company to identify a Senior Operations Team Leader – Ocean Export .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Ocean Export Operations team.
- Ensure the efficient execution of international ocean freight shipments.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers and integral stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and service metrics.
- Develop executive dashboards and management reports using Power BI advanced mandatory .
- Analyze operational data using Advanced Excel to support business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.




- Collaborate with Commercial, Pricing, Customer Service, Procurement, and overseas offices.

Requirements ✔ 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations.

✔ 3+ years leading Operations teams.

✔ Strong experience in Ocean Export (FCL/LCL) .

✔ Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel .

✔ Experience building dashboards and analyzing operational KPIs.

✔ Advanced conversational English (mandatory).

✔ Strong leadership, customer management, and communication skills.
