Vacant: Production manager
ACTIVITIES:
- Coordinate and supervise the production activities of solid pharmaceutical forms, ensuring compliance with quality standars, current regulations (GMP) and production goals, optimizing available resources.
1- Production Management: Plan daily, weekly and monthly production programs based on demand and installed capacity. Monitor compliance with solids manufacturing processes (granulation, mixing, compression, encapsulation and coating).
2- Compliance with Standards and Quality: Ensure that processes and products comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable regulations (COFEPRIS, FDA, EMA).
3- Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production times, minimize waste and optimize the use of resources. Evaluate and propose the acquisition of new equipment or technologies to improve operational efficiency.
4 - Personnel management: Lead, train and evaluate the personnel under your charge,



ensuring the development of technical skills and the achievement of objetives. Promote a culture of safety, order and cleanliness in the production areas. Participate in the recruitment process of personnel in your area and ensure their induction into the position.
5- Equipment supervision and Maintenance: Verify the correct operation of machinery and equipment used in production. Coordinate with the maintenance area to ensure the operational availability of the equipment.
6 - Reports and indicators: Prepare reports on compliance with production plans, key indicators such as performance, efficiency, rejects and batch compliance.
- Experiência: Pharmaceutical industry.
- Eschooling: Chemical engineering, Pharmaceutical, or related education.
